Starting with HelloQuote is super-easy. Install the app from the Bitrix24-marketplace and fill in the default settings. To rocketstart your experience we have added some demo data by default. So, after install select a quote and send it to your clients.
Your quote is sent as a pdf via email. Your client can hit the button and read, approve & sign your quote online. You and your customer will receive a legally signed confirmation.
Add a standard company cover page, thank you page or project plan. Create a standard template of your proposals and streamline the process of sending and getting approval for your proposals.
Your data remains secured in the Bitrix24 ecosystem and the client’s IP, signature and timestamp are retained. This way you can be sure of your business.
